1. Start PowerShell.
2. Type: `winget install which`
3. Agree to license.
4. Restart PowerShell.
5. Type: `which winget`
6. You should see something like `C:\Users\lcthw\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps\winget.EXE`
